The Principals:James M. Keith:CHK President Jim Keith has spent over a quarter century successfully creating, implementing, supporting and administering computer solutions for organizations that demand solid, reliable, keep-the-business-growing-and -successful kind of networks. Whether it’s a custom solution for a LAN/WAN environment, programming (he’s multi-computer lingual), equipment troubleshooting or application support, Jim Keith gets it. From his stellar academic record to his deep and broad experience in all things computer, Jim’s passion for excellence has earned him a reputation for ingenuity, tenacity and integrity. As a Certified Novell Engineer (CNE), he continues to unearth new ways to make IT work harder for his clients. In addition to being a computer guru, Jim enjoys riding roller coasters. Jim is also an avid bicycle rider and participates in charity bicycle rides to raise funds for housing for disabled persons. Jim also enjoys movies and spending time with his family. Jordan A. Lemon:Vice President Jordan Lemon’s story begins in the Navy where he spent eleven years in advanced electricity and electronics troubleshooting and repairing multi-million dollar digital and analog systems. His high quality work earned him awards including the Enlisted Surface Warfare Specialist Award for self-paced education of the theory and operation of all ship-based life-support, communications, and weapons systems. Yes, he’s a self-starter. Since then Jordan has programmed and maintained telephony systems, supported local and wide area networks, designed data collection and shop floor control systems, and integrated data and telephone networks using wireless bridge technology. He is extremely protective of his clients and as a result is well-versed in network security and the latest tools available to ensure it. When not working, Jordan enjoys playing the drums, reading, and is an avid movie buff. IT Staff:Computer Help Key’s Staff members are experienced in a wide variety of technologies and bring this knowledge to their clients. Our Staff come from diverse backgrounds including the US Military, manufacturing and private industry backgrounds and have years of experience supporting complex business systems. Computer Help Key is proud to have 3 US Military Veterans as part of our team. Administration:Rich Kern:Rich Kern holds the position of General Manager of Computer Help Key. A proven expert in IT systems, data center management, and all things infrastructure, Rich was formerly Director of Systems Software and Vice President of Data Center Operations at credit reporting giant, Experian. As General Manager, Rich will leverage his expertise in sales, business development, policy/procedures, and other key areas to both grow the business and to manage new growth. His focus will help to drive solutions that provide the greatest competitive advantage for both Computer Help Key and its clients. In his spare time, Rich is an avid motorcyclist, and is a member of the Warrior Watch Riders, a group that supports US Veterans returning home from overseas missions. In the fall, Rich can be found at Solder Field cheering the Chicago Bears to victory. Linda Keith:Linda Keith holds the position of Administration and Operations at Computer Help Key. From contracts to invoicing to client relations to insurance, Linda is the “go to” person that manages the day to day aspects of Computer Help Key, Inc. Linda’s professional background includes regulatory compliance and legislative work for an insurance company, to over 10 year’s client relations experience in manufacturing, inventory finance and in a law firm setting. When away from Computer Help Key, Linda enjoys baking and creating gourmet desserts. Linda volunteers for a local dog rescue group, Placing Paws of Libertyville IL, and mentors owner of dogs with canine epilepsy via www.canine-epilepsy-guardian-angels.com. Linda also enjoys spending time with family and friends.
